Best Practice People has been around in some form since 2008, it has acted as a Recruitment Business, Training Consultancy and now Training Provider.
Our mission (and we have chosen to accept it) is to move individuals in to better destinations. Not the Seychelles or Australia, but better employment destinations. This could be in to a new job from unemployment, a better job, a promotion and apprenticeships.
We achieve this through delivering high quality, high impact training. Most of what we do is accredited by NCFE Awarding body and leads to formal qualifications. Some of what we do is designed specifically to meet a certain set of needs or local issues.
We work in partnership with employers and colleges to bring together local opportunities for local people, funded locally. Our Learner Destination Strategy ensures every learner enrolled with Best Practice People receives the highest possible chances of moving to a better destination.
